Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange terms carefully before requesting a return.

1. Return Period
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

✅ Size Issue

• Exchange is accepted only if the required size is available.

• A ₹99 shipping charge will be borne by the customer for size exchanges.

✅ Damaged / Wrong / Mismatched Product

• You must provide a full parcel opening video from the moment the package is opened, clearly showing the product condition.

• Without a valid video proof, your request will be rejected.

• If verified, we will send a replacement (subject to availability).

• If the same product is not available, you can:

  • Choose another product (pay the difference if the new product costs more, or get store credit if it costs less), or

  • Receive store credit equal to the product value.

3. Prepaid Orders

• Refunds are not available for prepaid orders.

• We can reship the product one time (for size or replacement) with a ₹50 shipping charge.

4. Order Cancellation

• If you wish to cancel before dispatch, we will issue store credit equal to your order amount.

• No cash or bank refunds are provided.

5. Important Notes

• Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

• Return/exchange approval is at the discretion of our quality team after reviewing your parcel opening video.
