Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Returns Due to Product Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may be eligible for a return. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product to report the damage.
  • Provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging to assist us in assessing the issue.
  • Our Customer Service team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Upon confirmation of the damaged product, you will have two options: a. Return and Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method Within 3 Days once the returned product is received and inspected by our team. b. Product Replacement: If desired and if the product is in stock, we can replace the damaged item with a new one. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

2. Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the damaged product.
  • The returned product must not show signs of further damage caused by mishandling or misuse.
  • Return shipping fees for damaged products will be covered by Krincy.com .

3. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process as outlined above and then place a new order for the desired product.

4.Refund/Cancellations: In Case You Receive Damaged Product, We will issue a full refund to your original payment method Within 3 Days once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

In Case Of Cancellation of Prepaid Order, We Only Issue Refund If Order is Cancelled before Shipping.
