Warranty Guidelines

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. All our products come with a 6-Month Warranty covering color fading, tarnishing, and manufacturing defects.

Please read the terms below to understand what is covered:

What is Covered

  • Color fading / tarnishing under normal usage.

  • Manufacturing defects such as:

    • Broken clasp/hooks (not due to mishandling)

    • Stone/lock coming off due to weak setting

  • Coating or finish issues that appear during the warranty period.

If any of the above occurs within 6 months of delivery, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

What is Not Covered

Warranty does not apply if:

  • Product is damaged due to rough usage / accident / stretching / force.

  • Product is scratched, bent, cracked, or broken.

  • Product was exposed to chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, sanitizers, sweat, or water for long durations.

  • The product is lost or part of the product is missing.

  • Normal wear & tear due to extended use.

📝 Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Record a clear video of the product showing the issue.

  2. Send the video and your order details to us on:

    • Email: support@krincy.com

  3. Our team will verify and confirm within 24–48 hours.

🔄 Replacement 

  • If the product is eligible, we will replace it.

  • Replacement will be provided only if the same model is in stock.

  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer:

    • Exchange for another design of equal value, or

    • Store credit.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Warranty claim: If your claim is passed our guidelines, then you need to pay Shipping charges of Rs 99 for Replacement of product.
