How to Measure Your Ring Size

1. Measure with a Ring You Already Own:
   • Take a ring that fits comfortably on your desired finger.
   • Use a scale or ruler to measure the inner diameter of the ring in centimeters (cm).
2. Measure with String or Paper Strip:
   • Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around your finger.
   • Mark the point where the ends meet.
   • Measure the length with a ruler to find your finger's circumference

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Return/Exchange Process:

3. Once the request is verified and approved, our team will arrange for the product pickup.
4. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Non-Eligible Cases:

• Returns or exchanges without a parcel opening video will not be accepted.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible.
• Minor variations in color, design, or texture due to screen resolution or handcrafted products will not be considered as damage.

Refund/Exchange Timeline:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund process will be initiated within 7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or issued as store credit as per customer preference.
